Digital Case Submissions

To send your digital case, you can upload your files here. We accept all .STL intraoral scanner files as well as all supporting files. (If a file is not allowed, please send us a message). We also accept cases over email at

Upload File

To use your iTero® scanner to upload directly to us from your scanner, follow the instructions below to setup Dentology in your iTero scanner:

Method 1:

  1. Login to your iTero/Align Tech Doctor’s portal
  2. Navigate to “Add Preferred Lab” and input our lab’s Company ID (237987) to connect your practice with Elite Dental Lab.

Method 2:

  1. Call 800-577-8767
  2. Select Option 1
  3. Request for them to add Dentology to your scanner.
  4. Provide our account number to verify the correct lab: 237987
  5. Once Dentology has been added, restart the scanner
  6. Select Dentology on your scanner to upload scans.
  1. Visit us.3shapecommunicate.com in your web browser
  2. Connect with Elite Dental Lab as Lab by searching dentologyva@gmail.com
  3. After connecting to us as a Lab, select Dentology when sending files
  1. Log into your Medit account here https://www.meditlink.com/login
  2. Click the Partners tab on the left
  3. Search dentologyva@gmail.com
  4. Select our lab in Centreville VA from the list and hit the Request Partnership button

The Connect Case Center (CCC) will be discontinued and replaced by DS Core in the near future. 

  1. Open Medit Link
  2. Search for Our Lab
    1. Click Partners on the left side menu
    2. Click Search
    3. Type our lab name or email: Dentology or Dentologyva@gmail.com
  3. Send Partnership Request

The doctor will need a 3Shape account and portal.

  1. Go to https://partner.3shape.com to sign in or create an account
  2. Once logged in, the user can find and add Dentology by entering our email: dentologyva@gmail.com 

We will be able to receive patient files directly via the 3Shape Partner Portal.

For all digital cases, including the scanners above, we also accept the files through our uploader on this page or by emailing the case directly to us at digital@dentology
